Environmental & Social Impact Assessment Study (ESIA) For Al Maza City Center, Cairo

Al Maza City Center is located inside the Ring Road between the relatively ‎‎Heliopolis ‎and Nasr City districts of Cairo. It is expected to create a convenient sub-regional ‎shopping mall, of a combined circa 19‎,‎378 m2. The  future expansion will be in excess ‎of 50,000 m2 predominately at ground level.‎ The  center comprise of a mixture of (Carrefour: 8,191 m2, Retail: 8,878 m2, Food & Beverage: 1,625 m2 and Leisure and Entertainment: 677 m2‎)
